Manage your status page subscribers
Subscribers are the people and channels that get notified when you post an incident, maintenance, or update.
To manage them, log in to Instatus at instatus.com/login, choose your status page, then go to Subscribers. Each channel has its own tab where you can add, search, export, and unsubscribe subscribers.

Which channels can subscribers use?
You can subscribe people through:
- Email — add subscribers one by one or import them from a CSV file.
- SMS — connect an SMS provider and notify subscribers by text.
- Webhook — send signed JSON payloads to any endpoint.
- Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, and Google Chat — post updates into team channels.
- X — tweet updates automatically.
- RSS & Atom and the public API — let customers follow your page from their own tools.
How do I remove a subscriber?
Open the subscriber's entry in any channel and click Unsubscribe.
