Setup monitor alerts

Get notified when a monitor detects an issue with your service.

You can configure multiple alert channels to ensure you're notified about the right issues at the right time.

Add an alert

Alert type

There are multiple alert channels to choose from:

• Email
• SMS
• Slack
• Discord
• Microsoft teams
• Phone call
• Webhook
• Push notifications

Monitors

Select the monitors that will trigger your new alert.

Send when a monitor

Configure alerts to run based on the state of the monitor:

• Fails - Your service is completely down or unreachable
• Recovers - Your service has returned to normal operation after a failure
• Degrades - Your service's performance has decreased below acceptable thresholds
• SSL expires - Your SSL certificate will expire in a specified number of days
