This is the part that's most used of the dashboard. Here you communicate incidents with your customers, and update them as you progress on fixing the issue.
Login to your status page at instatus.com/login then choose your status page.
Go to incidents, then click on add an incident button:
Once you click it, a new form will appear. Here you can enter:
Click Add incident, and it will be added to your page.
Go to incidents, then click on the incident that you want add an update to.
You'll find the list of incident updates, click on Add an update.
Once you click it, a new form will appear. Here you can enter:
Go to incidents, then click on the incident
Click on Edit incident button on the top right. Write your new incident title
