1. Go to Instatus dashboard, under Monitoring, select Pingdom.
2. Copy the email address using copy to clipboard button.
3. Open your Pingdom dashboard. Click on Users and teams → Users
4. Click Add user button Check the Contact (can only receive alerts), then click continue.
5. Add the email of your component and click on Add user button
6. Go to Experience Monitoring → Uptime
7. Edit the Uptime check that's related to the component you want to get automated.
8. Under Alerting Settings, check the account you just created Finally click Modify check
9. You're done! 🍪
