페이지의 모든 인시던트 가져오기
엔드포인트:
GET /v1/:page_id/incidents?page=:page&per_page=:per_page
- 기본 page 번호는 1입니다.
- 기본 per_page 값은 50이며 페이지당 최대 100개입니다.

status와 !status 쿼리 파라미터를 추가하면 쉼표로 구분한 상태 목록에 해당하는(또는 해당하지 않는) 인시던트만 결과에 포함할 수 있습니다.
user는 인시던트를 만든 워크스페이스 멤버입니다. 모니터, 외부 연동 또는 이메일로 인시던트가 자동 생성된 경우에는 null입니다.

인시던트는 기본적으로 상태 페이지에 게시됩니다.
게시하지 않는 인시던트를 만들려면 shouldPublish를 포함해 false로 설정해야 합니다.
