Grafana + Instatus

1. 在 Instatus 儀表板中前往 Apps，選擇 Grafana，並產生一個 Grafana webhook URL。
2. 在 Grafana 中用產生的 webhook URL 建立一個新的 Contact point。
3. 建立（或更新）一條警示規則，把通知送到那個 contact point。
4. 確認你的 Notification policies 中有引用這個 contact point。
