شرط‌های قاعده تشدید

مقدار	توضیح
NOT_ACKNOWLEDGED	شرطی که در آن دریافت یک حادثه تأیید نشده است.

نوع اقدام تشدید

مقدار	توضیح
NOTIFY_TEAM	اطلاع به یک تیم مشخص.
NOTIFY_WORKSPACE_MEMBER	اطلاع به یک عضو مشخص فضای کاری.
NOTIFY_CURRENT_ON_CALL_USER	اطلاع به کاربر آماده‌باش فعلی.
NOTIFY_NEXT_ON_CALL_USER	اطلاع به کاربر آماده‌باش بعدی.
NOTIFY_ALL_ON_CALL_MEMBERS	اطلاع به همه اعضایی که هم‌اکنون آماده‌باش‌اند.
