Ендпоінт:
GET /v1/:page_id/incidents?page=:page&per_page=:per_page
- Номер сторінки за замовчуванням — 1.
- Значення per_page за замовчуванням — 50, максимум — 100 елементів на сторінку.

user — це учасник робочого простору, який створив інцидент. Значення буде null, якщо інцидент створено автоматично (монітором, сторонньою інтеграцією або через email).

Якщо ви хочете створити неопублікований інцидент, додайте shouldPublish зі значенням false.
