How the import works

  1. In Freshstatus, export your status page data as a ZIP file.
Importing from Freshstatus into Instatus
  1. Log in to Instatus or create a free account. The Freshstatus importer opens automatically in your dashboard.
  2. Upload the export ZIP file.
  3. Choose what to bring over: incidents, maintenances, components and subscribers.
  4. Review your new Instatus page. Everything from Freshstatus is in place.
