Charles: ADT seems to be back. AI bot answer the phone finally. It did not help. Asked about if I had a power outage or internet outage. I said it was an ADT outage. The bot said do you want to cancel the service because of this issue? or want to fix it? I said of course that I wanted to fix it. Bot said, since it is an ADT outage, because I said that, you need to wait 48 hours for the message in the panel to disappear. I saw on a different web page how people tried to fix it and saw that one person tried Comm. Test. I remember that time ago a Bot helped me with that issue and remember how to do it. I did it and worked. I did the next steps: Disarm the system, click on panel to get to TOOLS, click on Tools, put your password, go to ADVANCED ( icon with a Settings image ), click on Comm. Test....and the cellular failure and yellow light disappeared. Now it is fine. I hope this can help you all.

Bob the Builder: Thats what I'm aiming for too, Tony. I keep calling, sit on hold for 20+ minutes and then the call hangs up. Currently on attempt #3.

tony: got a month free, garage says “open” when it is closed, app loads but still having issues, can’t arm or “close” garage even tho it’s already closed.

tony: finally got thru to customer service, threatened to cancel, was told “cancelation department is closed” asking for compensation now, will update soon

Terence: Customer service via phone is available again but unable to successfully connect to a live agent. Voice bot responder mentions the outage but unable to speak to a live agent as of 7 pm PDT.

Bob the Builder: "Alarm.com outages" is what their automated message says now that Im able to kind of navigate the menu options.

Frederick: At approximately 8:43 P.M., eastern standard time, my control panel registered a “reporter failure.” A system reboot cleared that problem, but within less than two minutes, the panel registered a “WiFi failure” even though there was no issue with the actual WiFi connection. Since then, the panel has registered various issues and ADT has not answered its 800 number. On two occasions, I received an automated message that I had not called ADT and should check the number and dial again.

tony: app no longer gives an error but still won’t load, can had wife walk out infront of camera and we don’t even get notifications, we won’t be able to tell someone passes by any of our cameras.

Terence: Panel has gone in and out of "Reporter" and "Cellular" connection; The app at times unable to arm and disarm. The panel shows that it is currently connected with both lights green. Made several attempts to speak to customer service but, as many has reported, there's a brief busy signal and the an immediate disconnect.

MC: All seems back on in Florida- had green lights for about 20 mins - no beeping and app and cameras are all working- fingers crossed.

Bearit: Failures at every level at the panel (Reporter, Cellular, WiFi). Rebooting worked for about 3 mins. Customer service rang forever, then got a weird garbled message saying “This is not ADT, please check the number and try again.” This is a top to bottom meltdown of their entire system.
