   <p>8x8 has confirmed resolution and all systems are performing as normal.&nbsp; We apologize the the interruption&nbsp;<span style="font-size: inherit">and full root cause investigation is underway.</span><span style="font-size: inherit">&nbsp;</span></p>

   <p>8x8 has seen continued resolution of all one way audio issues. All calls are completing normally as of&nbsp;<span style="font-size: inherit">2:30 PM PDT (5:30PM Eastern).&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size: inherit">We'll continue to monitor and will provide a final update full resolving this issue.&nbsp;</span></p>

   <p>8x8 has seen normal call completion as of&nbsp;2:30 PM PDT (5:30PM Eastern). Calls should currently completing as normal and we are currently monitoring and investigating the root cause. We'll provide further updates once fully confirmed.&nbsp;</p>
