- **Reports not displaying for some customers** (RESOLVED, 2026-10-30T19:30:00.000Z): Resolved: Earlier today, some customers saw no reports listed on the Reporting dashboard page, even though their reports and data were unaffected. The cause was a configuration change to report access permissions that affected customers using role-based report access. We reverted the change, and reports have been available again since 3:27 PM ET (19:27 UTC). No data was lost. We are updating our change validation process to cover role-based report access before similar changes are rolled out. We apologize for the inconvenience.
