- **Various failure types: Map creation, some uploads, viewing Walks on mobile, integrations** (RESOLVED, 2026-10-28T17:27:23.000Z): Between 7:40 AM and 10:43 AM Pacific Time on 10/28/2026 (14:40 UTC and 17:43 UTC), some users may have experienced issues with Map creation, viewing Video Walks on Ground Mobile, Mobile 3D Scan upload, and Integrations due to an internal infrastructure issue. Engineering made appropriate adjustments, and the issue is resolved. Walks have started processing, but overlay creation and password reset requests will need to be re-tried by the user. Failed maps are automatically being re-sent for processing.
- **Emails not being delivered** (RESOLVED, 2026-10-26T19:00:31.000Z): Between 8:47 AM and 1:00 PM Pacific Time (15:47 and 20:00 UTC) some users may have experienced missed emails from DroneDeploy. A fix has been implemented and emails are being delivered as expected. Missed emails are being sent again.
