- **Scheduled maintenance: sign-in and dashboard** (NOTSTARTEDYET, 2026-11-04T22:00:00.000Z): We are upgrading our sign-in service on Wednesday, 4 November, between 23:00 and 24:00 CET (22:00–23:00 UTC). For up to about 10 minutes within this window you will not be able to sign in, and the dashboard, mobile apps, REST API and MCP server will not work. You may also be signed out. The chat box stays on your website, and messages your visitors send in the meantime will be waiting for you. No action is needed on your side.
