- **Scheduled Maintenance November 3rd, 2026** (INPROGRESS, 2026-11-03T19:00:00.000Z): deskbird continuously strives to improve the robustness, reliability and security of our application. While the majority of changes and improvements are completely invisible to our customers, there are occasions where that is not possible and a short period of planned downtime is required. deskbird makes every effort to schedule downtime of this nature in a way that minimizes the impact to our customers. This message is to inform you that deskbird will be performing planned maintenance from 8pm-9pm CET on Tuesday, November 3rd to migrate our web application to a more robust and reliable hosting solution. While we do not expect visible impact for most customers, some customers may experience a brief and transient interruption of service during this window. No customer action is required, and at the conclusion of the maintenance window customers will able to access the application normally. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
