The problem began at 18:05 and was resolved at 18:55, 29 Oct PDT. During this time, clients with portals on this swimlane may have experienced slow performance or intermittent errors while accessing the application.
- **Queue processing issue on US SL1** (RESOLVED, 2026-10-29T14:33:33.000Z): This issue is resolved. The queues are continuing to process successfully.
- **Learning Assignments for US SL1 Swimlane Stuck in a Queued Status** (RESOLVED, 2026-10-27T14:46:54.000Z): We have finished processing the LAT queue at 5 PM PT. There is currently no ongoing backup for asynchronous processing in US SL1.
