- **Scheduled Maintenance: Influence** (SCHEDULED, 2026-11-02T09:00:00.000Z): Date: Monday, 2 November 2026 Time: 09:00–11:00 UTC (10:00–12:00 CET, 04:00–06:00 EST, 20:00–22:00 AEDT) Duration: Approximately 2 hours We will be carrying out scheduled maintenance on the Influence ecommerce databases during this window. This maintenance is part of our ongoing security improvements to ensure the continued stability and reliability of the platform. This maintenance will only affect Influence users with Shopify integrations. During the maintenance window, users may experience a brief interruption in data availability from their Shopify integrations. We expect any disruption to last approximately 1–2 minutes, but have allocated a longer maintenance window to allow for any unexpected issues. No action is required from users, and Shopify integrations will not need to be reconnected once the maintenance is complete. Data availability is expected to return to normal automatically. We will monitor the maintenance closely and provide updates here if anything changes. Thank you for your understanding.
