- **Platform Service Disruption - POS and Backoffice** (RESOLVED, 2026-10-29T14:06:46.000Z): **Postmortem** On October 29, 2026, between approximately 7:00 and 8:20 AM PDT, some customers experienced slow Backoffice logins, POS login failures, and some failed transactions. The cause was an infrastructure configuration issue that prevented new servers from starting correctly as the platform scaled up. Our team stabilized the platform and restored service. We are rolling out a permanent fix across all servers and adding checks so new servers are validated before they take traffic.
