This message is to inform you that deskbird will be performing planned maintenance from 8pm-9pm CET on Tuesday, November 3rd to migrate our web application to a more robust and reliable hosting solution. While we do not expect visible impact for most customers, some customers may experience a brief and transient interruption of service during this window. No customer action is required, and at the conclusion of the maintenance window customers will able to access the application normally. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
