This was caused by a network access issue on our side, within Titan. It was not a Medpoint issue. We identified the cause and fixed it, and the integration is now working normally. We’ve also put additional preventative measures in place to stop this from happening again. We’re sorry for the disruption this caused to you and your teams. If you’re still having any problems with your Titan Medpoint integration, please contact our support team.
