Inbound MMS Incident

   Between 08:26 UTC and 08:55 UTC on October 7th, 2026, inbound MMS messaging was not delivered as expected for a subset of Bandwidth customers.    For a brief period of time, some inbound MMS messages may not have been delivered as expected due to of off-network vendor condition. Teams are seeing expected delivery at this and consider this incident resolved.
