Some users may still see a "Metabase instance not found" error, or an empty dashboard, for a short while. This happens because some browsers and networks keep an old record of where the dashboards are hosted. It clears on its own, usually within a few hours. If you see this error, you can fix it right away: - Fully quit and reopen your browser, or open the Reporting page in a private/incognito window or another browser. - If you're on a company VPN or network, try disconnecting from it, or wait for its cache to refresh. All analytics data was collected as usual during the maintenance, and nothing was lost. If the error persists after a few hours, please contact our support team.
