- **Coinbase Derivatives trades and open interest data delayed** (INVESTIGATING, 2026-10-31T15:46:34.000Z): Trades and open interest data for Coinbase Derivatives have been unavailable since approximately 01:30 UTC on October 31, 2026. Our team is working to restore the data, and we’ll share an update as soon as more information is available.
- **Updates to /market-openinterest API Response** (RESOLVED, 2026-10-30T16:23:44.000Z): We have updated field "value_usd" for the Market Open Interest endpoint on our REST API to return null values (timeseries/market-openinterest). This change may affect clients that rely on "value_usd" always containing a value. We will also be extending this same logic to the WebSocket endpoint (timeseries-stream/market-openinterest). The WebSocket change is expected to be released next week.
- **Flow Network Data Delays** (MONITORING, 2026-10-30T14:14:29.000Z): An upstream issue affecting the Flow network is impacting our Flow data exporters. We are monitoring the issue and will provide an update once normal data processing resumes.
- **Delays in Historical Trade Data via REST API** (RESOLVED, 2026-10-29T19:27:52.000Z): We identified an issue causing delays of up to 30 seconds in historical trade data delivered via our REST API. The issue has been resolved, and trade data delivery has returned to normal.
- **FFIOMD HTTP and Websocket API Outage (par1)** (RESOLVED, 2026-10-25T21:04:50.000Z): This incident has been resolved. From approximately 20:15 UTC to 21:57 UTC, the FFIOMD HTTP and WebSocket APIs served from the par1 data center were unavailable. The cause was a network disruption at our upstream provider’s par1 facility, triggered by excessive traffic from third-party systems. The provider isolated those systems and restored connectivity at 21:57 UTC. Services have been stable since. The jfk1 data center was not affected and stayed fully operational throughout the incident.
