## Official updates

- **Mastercard payments taken on October 24th showing as Refunded** (MONITORING, 2026-10-26T13:15:30.000Z): All affected tenants are identified, and relevant in-app messaging is being targeted to them. All transactions are known, and are in the process of being reconciled, this process can take up to 10 days as our Payment Service Provider retries the transactions with Mastercard scheme. Changes are being introduced to ensure proper representation in Provet for this workflow of card scheme rejection and automatic retry.
- **Delays receiving emails in the shared inbox** (RESOLVED, 2026-10-26T10:15:55.000Z): This incident has been resolved. Our investigation into the email delivery delays affecting the shared inbox is complete. Incoming emails resumed normal delivery on 26 October at 12:30 EET. All emails delayed during the disruption on 25 October have now been successfully delivered to their intended inboxes. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve this issue. If you experience any further email delivery issues, please contact our support team.
