From approximately 20:15 UTC to 21:57 UTC, the FFIOMD HTTP and WebSocket APIs served from the par1 data center were unavailable. The cause was a network disruption at our upstream provider’s par1 facility, triggered by excessive traffic from third-party systems. The provider isolated those systems and restored connectivity at 21:57 UTC. Services have been stable since. The jfk1 data center was not affected and stayed fully operational throughout the incident.
