- **Statuspage Migration** (SCHEDULED, 2026-11-02T14:00:00.000Z): We are migrating status.olo.com to a new status page platform as part of our ongoing infrastructure updates. The cutover will take place at 12PM ET on November 2, 2026. What this means for you: The URL you use to check Olo system status will remain unchanged. When the migration is complete, you will see a slightly different page format, but all the information you rely on (incidents, maintenance windows, and system health) will still be available. During the migration, a new subscription confirmation email will be sent from olostatus@olo.com - please confirm your subscription when received for all future status updates. If the subscription email is not in your inbox, please check your spam folder. We also recommend reviewing your notification preferences to ensure they are configured to meet your needs. Questions? - **Payment Processor Issues: Givex** (IDENTIFIED, 2026-10-31T20:18:31.000Z): Gift card service through our Givex integration has started to recover, and some gift card balance checks and payments are succeeding again. Many are still failing, and guests at affected locations may still see slow loading of payment options at checkout. Other payment methods are working normally.
