- **Planned maintenance on FPX instant deposit system in Malaysia** (COMPLETED, 2026-10-27T04:00:00.000Z): The scheduled maintenance has been completed.
- **Delayed AVAX Staking payouts** (IDENTIFIED, 2026-10-22T07:49:24.000Z): Customers who have staked AXAV cryptocurrency will see delays with their weekly payouts. This is due to the following: AVAX validators for staking have renewal periods which is every three months. During this time, rewards will not be weekly; rewards are in larger, but more infrequent amounts. Customers can expect to receive rewards less frequently for the next 3 weeks. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
- **Fiat Deposits and Withdrawals Unavailable in Kenya** (IDENTIFIED, 2026-09-30T09:51:17.000Z): Kenyan customers are currently unable to make KES deposits or withdrawals.
