Cloudflare has resolved the third-party network incident impacting district access. All services are operating normally, and districts should now be able to access Incident IQ without issue. For details on the incident, please refer to https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/incidents/dk2obcyw2aew.

We are aware of some districts having issues accessing the Incident IQ platform. There are no issues with the Incident IQ platform but rather a larger internet infrastructure issues where some 3rd party firewalls are blocking internet traffic that go through Cloudflare. Cloudflare has reported this issue and is actively working on remediation. https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/incidents/dk2obcyw2aew
