Clients can once again sign in to the Client Portal with a magic link or with their username and password. All Firm and Client Portal features affected by the interruption are now available. As shared previously, sign-in using an invoice number and client number is no longer available. Clients can pay using the Pay button in their invoice email, a Quick Payment Link (for firms that use them), or by signing in to the Client Portal. To create a new Client Portal account, clients must use an email address that matches a contact record on file with their firm. If a client can’t register, the firm can confirm or update the email on that client’s contact record. Staging environment access is being restored for customers.
