   Update: We are currently experiencing degraded performance and errors affecting multiple Sendcloud services, caused by high load. Our engineering team is actively working on a resolution. Impact: • Sendcloud panel: Users may see errors or slow loading. Some orders may load with greyed-out fields, or appear in Incoming orders without a shipping method (or with an incorrect default one). • Public API: Increased latency and errors across API requests. • Dynamic Checkout / Checkout API: Slower checkout page loads and possible checkout failures due to timeouts. • Return Portal: Users may experience errors or slow loading. • Invoice / payment page: Users may experience errors when loading the page.
