- **Scheduled security maintenance: ISP, Datacenter and Shared proxies** (INPROGRESS, 2026-10-30T10:57:00.000Z): We are applying a security configuration update to the servers behind our ISP, Datacenter and Shared proxies in all regions. The update is rolled out one server at a time between 10:57 and 14:57 UTC. What you may notice: each server is unavailable for up to 1 minute while its services restart. Connections open on that server during the restart will drop, and your client or application will need to reconnect. Applications that retry automatically will usually recover on their own. No action is needed from you. We will mark this maintenance as completed when the rollout has finished.
- **Degraded performance on Residential Proxies** (RESOLVED, 2026-10-29T11:49:11.000Z): This incident has been resolved. Residential Proxies and the Residential API are operating normally.
- **Connectivity issues on some US ISP proxies** (RESOLVED, 2026-10-26T06:04:05.000Z): This incident has been resolved. The affected ISP proxy IPs in the United States are operating normally again. We apologize for the disruption.
