These change freezes are common operating procedure implemented to minimize risk from production changes and or reduced holiday period resource coverage during our clients’ critical year end window. The change freeze period will run from: 12:00am ET Saturday, December 19, 2026, through 11:59pm ET Sunday, January 3, 2027 Please use the information below to visualize what is and is not permitted during the freeze window: Permitted: > Critical or High severity issue mitigation (Sev 1 and 2) > Patches for Showstopper and High Severity Items > Site Maintenance/Data Maintenance items that are low impacting changes that have been reviewed by Development & Operations Leads > Compliance and Regulatory data updates Not Permitted: > Regular or planned change to production applications or infrastructure (including Scheduled and Non-Scheduled Service Release Deployments) > Patching for Medium and Low Severity changes > Any other impactful configuration changes Exceptions: > For any non-permitted category items, an exception request must be sent to your Customer Success resource for internal approval. We will provide updates as necessary. - **Security Advisory: PHP2Shell Vulnerabilities** (MONITORING, 2026-10-23T20:54:51.000Z): Insurity is aware of the PHP2Shell vulnerabilities (CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619), which were publicly disclosed on October 21, 2026. When the vulnerabilities were disclosed, our teams completed a thorough review of all Insurity systems to check for potential exposure. We took immediate action to reduce risk by putting protections in place through our Web Application Firewall (WAF). We finished full patching and remediation of the impacted environments on the morning of October 22, 2026. Insurity will keep monitoring for potential threats related to these vulnerabilities and will post updates here if anything changes.
