- **Identifi Security Update: PHPShell Vulnerabilities (CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619)** (MONITORING, 2026-10-22T19:38:29.000Z): The final component has been fully scanned. It is a system we use internally for QA test case development. This system has been found to have an outdated version of PHP installed. We are evaluating options to remediate. In the interim we have isolated that system so that only our QA team can access it's resources. This system is not used for service delivery. For our QA team they use it only to create test cases, it does not view or change code. It has never been directly exposed to the Internet. The next update will be on Monday at the latest.
