   Our engineering teams are continuing to actively investigate the issue affecting Customer Engagement Apps (including rewards, promos, and feedback), as well as speed-bump prepaid/postpaid reward redemptions. Impacted merchants and customers may notice that application features including rewards, promos, and feedback—are missing from device dashboards. Additionally, reward redemptions for speed-bump prepaid and postpaid accounts are currently disrupted. Our engineering team is actively working to identify the root cause and restore full functionality.
