   Our engineering teams are continuing to actively investigate the issue affecting Customer Engagement Apps (including rewards, promos, and feedback), as well as speed-bump prepaid/postpaid reward redemptions. Additionally, reward redemptions for speed-bump prepaid and postpaid accounts are currently disrupted. Our engineering team is actively working to identify the root cause and restore full functionality.
