We are currently investigating an issue affecting our Customer Engagement Apps. Impacted merchants and customers may notice that application features including rewards, promos, and feedback—are missing from device dashboards. Additionally, reward redemptions for speed-bump prepaid and postpaid accounts are currently disrupted.
