- **Statuspage Migration** (SCHEDULED, 2026-11-02T14:00:00.000Z): We are migrating our status page to a new platform as part of our ongoing infrastructure updates. The cutover will take place at 12PM ET on November 2, 2026. What this means for you: Engage system status will now be available at status.olo.com. Your existing URL (status.getwisely.com) will automatically redirect to the new location. When the migration is complete, you will see a slightly different page format, but all the information you rely on (incidents, maintenance windows, and system health) will still be available.
