## Official updates

- **End-of-Life Datacenter Announcement - Legacy Ottawa, Dubai, Sydney, Ashburn, Toronto, Frankfurt, London, Singapore, Komagome** (SCHEDULED, 2026-11-15T00:00:00.000Z): Effective November 15, 2026, Legacy Datacenters in the following locations will reach End-of-Life (EOL) and will stop accepting new connections: * Ottawa (YOW-F1) * Dubai (DXB-F1, DXB-F2) * Sydney (SYD-F1, SYD-F2) * Ashburn (IAD-F1, IAD-F2, IAD-F3) * Toronto (YTO-F1, YTO-F2) * Frankfurt (FRA-F1, FRA-F2, FRA-F3, FRA-F4) * London (LON-F1, LON-F2, LON-F3) * Singapore (SIN-F1, SIN-F2, SIN-F3) * Komagome (TYO-F1) Fortinet is continuously enhancing the scalability and performance of the FortiSASE platform. To support our long-term strategy and improve overall stability, Fortinet is upgrading all Security PoPs to next-generation architecture. Customers who transition will benefit from improved stability, scalability, and performance for the duration of their service term. Existing customer instances in these locations will continue to operate normally until November 15, 2026. After that date, the affected PoPs will be incrementally removed from customer environments, and customers may observe brief interruptions in access to the customer portal as remaining connections are transitioned. Fortinet strongly recommends migrating to an alternate PoP before November 15, 2026. To check whether your environment is affected, visit the Infrastructure page of the FortiSASE portal. In-scope customers will see a migration interface there with next steps. Alternate PoPs are available in each affected region, and you may select any available PoP supported by your license tier. Customers who do not migrate before the deadline can still add a replacement PoP at any time afterward. Branch on-ramp customers: New on-ramps must be configured and manually cut over before the EOL date. On-ramps not migrated by then will be decommissioned. Thin-edge device customers: Contact FortiCare Support before enabling your replacement PoP, and reference Bug 1332461 for guidance. If you have any questions regarding this activity, please contact FortiCare Support (https://www.fortinet.com/support/contact) and reference FortiSASE Operations ticket #596658.
- **FortiSASE Analytics - Proactive Backend Infrastructure Maintenance** (SCHEDULED, 2026-11-03T10:00:00.000Z): Frankfurt FRA-F1 and Frankfurt FRA-F2 Analytics tenants only – Temporary disruption of real-time logging, log forwarding, and historical log access. To enhance service resilience, the FortiSASE Operations team will migrate Analytics tenants from the Frankfurt FRA-F1 and Frankfurt FRA-F2 to Frankfurt-F5 and Frankfurt FRA-F6 PoPs respectively. This will occur across a series of rolling maintenance windows. Each customer will be affected only once. What to expect during your maintenance window: Temporary disruption of real-time logging and log forwarding. Reset of historical log data available within the SASE portal. New Frankfur FRA-F5 Log Forwarding egress IP to 176.23.136.198 New Frankfurt FRA-F6 Log Forwarding egress IP to 176.23.136.125 Note: This maintenance does not impact overall data flow or network connectivity.
