## Official updates

- **Scheduled Maintenance - Flexera one - All Regions** (SCHEDULED, 2026-11-07T20:00:00.000Z): Flexera will be performing scheduled maintenance on core platform services across all regions (NAM, EU, and APAC) to support improvements in user access and administration functionality. Impact: During this maintenance window, users may experience temporary service disruptions, including possible intermittent unavailability in certain areas of the platform when navigating or performing user administration actions. These changes affect services used immediately after login, as well as within user management workflows. Impact Note: Users with active sessions during this window may be required to sign in again, particularly when navigating between pages during the maintenance window. PST: November 7, 2026, 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM GMT: November 7, 2026, 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM CET: November 7, 2026, 9:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST: November 8, 2026, 1:30 AM - 3:30 AM AEDT: November 8, 2026, 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM
- **Flexera One - IT Asset Management – US – Performance and Access Issues** (RESOLVED, 2026-11-01T04:50:15.000Z): Incident Description: Our teams previously identified an issue affecting the Flexera One IT Asset Management (ITAM) service in the US region for a subset of customers. During this time, affected customers may have experienced difficulties accessing the platform and related functionality, with the ITAM interface either failing to load or experiencing longer-than-expected loading times. Business Impact: A subset of customers in the affected US region may have experienced ITAM access issues, including pages failing to load or taking longer than expected to become available. Restoration Activity: Our investigation identified an issue with a database server within the affected production cluster. Our technical teams took corrective action to address the database activity contributing to the issue, after which service returned to normal operation. The incident has been confirmed as resolved.
- **Spot - AWS - Service Disruption** (RESOLVED, 2026-10-29T21:37:58.000Z): Our technical teams have confirmed that affected Spot operations for AWS have returned to normal. Investigation identified connectivity timeouts and service instability affecting the processing of AWS operations through Spot. To restore stability, technical teams increased resources for the affected service components and adjusted the service health-check timeout to reduce repeated service restarts. Following these changes, service health and response times returned to normal operating levels. Validation confirmed recovery of affected customer-facing functionality, including Elastigroup creation and scaling and Ocean ECS operations. Service performance remained stable throughout the monitoring period, and the incident is now considered resolved. We will continue to investigate the underlying cause. A customer-facing post-mortem report will be published in the coming days with further details on the underlying cause and future preventative measures.
- **Flexera One - SaaS Manager - EU - Service Disruption** (RESOLVED, 2026-10-29T13:53:59.000Z): Investigation identified a database configuration issue that prevented a supporting service from starting successfully, resulting in the Managed Applications page being unavailable in the EU region. Our technical teams rebuilt the affected database configuration and restored the dependent services. The Managed Applications page is now accessible and functioning normally. Other SaaS Manager functionality remained available, and no impact was identified in other regions. The incident is now resolved.
- **Flexera One - IT Asset Management – US – Performance and Access Issues** (RESOLVED, 2026-10-29T06:37:13.000Z): Incident Description: Our teams previously identified an issue affecting the Flexera One IT Asset Management (ITAM) service in the US region for a subset of customers.
