- **Elastic Support Portal is unavailable** (IDENTIFIED, 2026-10-23T04:04:30.000Z): We have identified an issue preventing access to the Elastic Support portal caused by an upstream provider. The provider has confirmed a fix that has restored access for some of its affected environments and is now rolling it out to the rest. At this time, customers may experience issues authenticating to the support portal.
- **Scheduled maintenance: Cloud console** (SCHEDULED, 2026-10-18T21:00:00.000Z): We will be performing scheduled maintenance on the Cloud console. For a brief window during this maintenance, customers may experience failures when logging in or signing up, switching organizations, managing members and roles, or creating and revoking API keys. Customers who are already logged in may be logged out. Existing API keys, Elasticsearch deployments and Serverless projects are not affected. We will post an update once the maintenance is complete.
- **Connectivity disruption for AWS Bahrain (me-south-1)** (IDENTIFIED, 2026-03-02T06:23:20.000Z): Update — Incident ongoing. AWS Bahrain (me-south-1) has been removed from new deployment selection on cloud.elastic.co. Existing deployments remain inaccessible due to the AWS infrastructure disruption, with no recovery timeline provided by AWS. Assume the region is unavailable for the foreseeable future.
