What is happening?

As part of our ongoing commitment to improve the platform and deliver a better experience, we will be performing scheduled maintenance. This maintenance will be to upgrade the system from version 25.4 to 26.3.
This is a Zero Downtime (ZDT) maintenance and the system will be available during the maintenance activities.

When is this happening?

Maintenance activities will take place beginning September 21st at 9:00 PM CT through September 22nd 9:00 PM CT.

What do I need to do?

If you are a Helix User:

Nothing! You may continue to use the system as usual. There is a potential you may get periodic system messages as you navigate the system during the maintenance. If you get a message and are unable to perform an action, please attempt to log out, close your browser, and log back in. This should as address any issues as the team performs rolling restarts during the maintenance. You may notice some changes in the interface throughout the change window as things are being enabled and configured, but all normal fields and functions should remain availble and consistent through the process.

If you are a DYOPATH Account/Program Manager:

Please notify your client points of contact. A notification has been posted within Helix for users to get more information and you can direct them to login to Helix and check the notification there.
