   Our engineering teams are continuing to actively investigate the issue affecting Customer Engagement Apps (including rewards, promos, and feedback), as well as speed-bump prepaid/postpaid reward redemptions. We are actively isolating the root cause and working toward a resolution. We apologize for any inconvenience and will provide another update as soon as more information becomes available.

Impacted merchants and customers may notice that application features including rewards, promos, and feedback—are missing from device dashboards. Additionally, reward redemptions for speed-bump prepaid and postpaid accounts are currently disrupted. Our engineering team is actively working to identify the root cause and restore full functionality.
