- **Planned Infrastructure Migration: US West Services** (NOTSTARTEDYET, 2026-11-09T07:00:00.000Z): As part of our ongoing infrastructure and reliability improvements, we’re migrating services from **Spokane / US West** to new servers in **Hillsboro, Oregon**. ## Which services are affected? This migration affects all machines currently hosted at our **Spokane / US West** location. The machines **dave, ember, giselle, and kevin** are already hosted in Hillsboro and are unaffected by this migration. ## Migrate early with one click (from 5 November, 08:00 UTC) Customers using the [app.berrybyte.net](https://app.berrybyte.net) platform can start their migration early with **a single button press in the panel**. We will handle the migration for you. This option is expected to become available from approximately **5 November 2026, 08:00 UTC**. ## Scheduled migration window **9 November 2026, 07:00–18:00 UTC** Services on the legacy game platform, along with any services that haven’t been migrated early, will be **automatically migrated by us** during this window. Affected services are expected to experience **up to 30 minutes of downtime during their migration**. ## Connection details will change Affected services will receive **new IP addresses and ports**. Once your service has been migrated and your new connection details are available: * Update your saved server address with the new **IP and port**. * Share the new address with your players. * Update any custom DNS records or integrations that reference your old connection details. We’ll provide progress updates throughout the move and confirm when the migration is complete. If you have any questions about the migration or need assistance, please contact our support team.
