## Official updates

- **Portal Access Restored: Monitoring** (MONITORING, 2026-10-05T22:51:41.000Z): Magic link sign-in (passwordless login) has been restored. Clients can once again sign in to the Client Portal with a magic link or with their username and password. All Firm and Client Portal features affected by the interruption are now available. As shared previously, sign-in using an invoice number and client number is no longer available. Clients can pay using the Pay button in their invoice email, a Quick Payment Link (for firms that use them), or by signing in to the Client Portal. To create a new Client Portal account, clients must use an email address that matches a contact record on file with their firm. If a client can’t register, the firm can confirm or update the email on that client’s contact record. Staging environment access is being restored for customers. Thank you for your patience while we restored these features.
