- **Slow batch message CSV file uploads** (RESOLVED, 2026-10-27T14:52:32.000Z): Batch message CSV uploads and patient list loading have returned to normal. We applied a change to clear the processing backlog, which has now fully cleared. We’re sorry for the disruption and delays this caused.
