# Importare le tue metriche Prometheus

Puoi mostrare le metriche di Prometheus direttamente sulla tua status page. Recuperiamo automaticamente i dati più recenti ogni 5 minuti.

1. Accedi a Instatus su [instatus.com/login](https://dashboard.instatus.com/login) e scegli la tua status page.

2. Vai su **Status page → Metriche → Prometheus**.

3. Inserisci l'URL del tuo server Prometheus.

4. Scegli come autenticarti: **No auth**, **Basic auth** (nome utente e password) oppure **Bearer token** (token API).

5. Una volta collegato, scegli le metriche Prometheus che vuoi mostrare e aggiungile alla tua status page.

Le metriche selezionate compariranno come grafici sulla tua status page e si aggiorneranno automaticamente.
