# StatusCake + Instatus

1. Go to [Instatus](https://instatus.com), under Integrations, select StatusCake
2. Select the templates to use when creating and resolving automated incidents
3. Copy your page's webhook URL
4. Open your StatusCake dashboard.
5. Under contact groups, add a new contact group.
6. Paste your copied component URL under webhook URL, then click save

7. Edit the uptime test you want to associate with the component

8. Edit contact groups list
9. Add the group you just created
